What is cash discounting?
It is a program that lets you offset your credit card processing fee by passing it off to the customer. This program offers customers who pay cash a discount on
purchases that would otherwise see a service charge when using card. This can save the merchant thousands of dollars in processing fees.
Is cash discounting the same as a surcharge?
No they are two separate things. A surcharge is an added fee to card users. Cash discount offers customers a discount for using cash payments.
How quickly can I start processing payments?
After signing our merchant agreement most merchants are typically approved with 24-48hrs. Using virtual terminals, payment gateways or mobile apps you can start right after that. If you use a traditional POS, you must wait for delivery and set up.
How do subscription plans work?
Our system can process and automate repeat transactions which once set up the charges are automatically processed on schedule.
I have my own website can you help me accept payments?
